As a very nervous patient I have been treated with exceptional care and professionalism. Everything explained and treatment taken at my pace. I now have my smile and confidence back and can’t thank them enough!!

went today to book an appointment and was Rudely informed by the receptionist that I was no longer eligable as a patient as the last time I had been was more than 2yrs,even though I had been ill with covid.The receptionist was quite rude in her manor towards me.I wonder if the actual dentists knows how their staff talk to patients.Needless to say I now have to hunt down another dentist.I wonder if this is the start of getting rid of the NHS side of dentistry....I wonder!

I attended Balls Road practice today for a tooth extraction but I was really anxious. The Dentist I saw today was calming, reassuring and talked through the procedure every step of the way. I felt completely in safe hands. Lovely manner and extremely professional. Extraction procedure was smooth and quick. I really rate this practice.

Always had attentive service and treatment, however, turns out they’ve retired and neither them or the new owners had the decency to communicate this to their patients. Thanks!
