I phoned the dentist this morning to make an appointment as I am having trouble with a back tooth, to be informed that I am no longer on their patient list. I was sent an email in March 2021, and as they did not receive a reply and two years have lapsed I have been removed from the patient list. I did not receive the said email, which I explained, I was just told they had sent it and they could not prove that I had not received it. I was then told, they have thousands of patients and can’t chase everybody. So after being a patient of this practice for well over 20 years I have been removed for not replying to an email that I did not receive, I think this is harsh and quite disgusting, not bothered at all that I had a problem. I have since made an appointment at a private dental practice where I will get my toothache sorted out. It seems that I am not the only person that this has happened to at this dental practice.

Had root canal treatment and was very anxious about it. Didn't feel a thing. This is the best dentist I have ever been to and no longer fear going. Thankyou
