Me and the family have been going to Ashgate Dental Practice for years, always a great , practically pain free, friendly experience. Definitely recommend them. Recently had a tooth removed and following their advice had no issues and now moving on to the next stage of my treatment.

Absolutely awful service. They stuck off my kids because I have suffered ill health and couldn’t get them there. Nobody ever answers the phone then when you get through they tell you they will call you back and don’t.

Waste of time , already spent over a month trying to contact them , unable to go down after work as they are shut but then again that why the telephone was invented, Looking elsewhere very very poor service.

Phone problems- you can never get through ⚠️ I spent 5 days ringing continuously and couldn’t get through. Receptionists were rude, unhelpful and offhand with me when I finally turned up in person to try and get an appointment. Every time I go it’s a different dentist. The place needs a good shake up. It used to be a good dentist years ago but it has a terrible reputation now.

Great dentist, but you wont be able to get an appointment as they never answer the phone! Tried several times to call, only to see the line is busy or the call sits in a queue, sometimes for over 25 mins (and then it disconnects) Is going onto the reception the only way to get an appointment? Poor performance

Received text telling me to book appointment for a check up, but I still haven't been able to get through on the phone, despite repeated attempts on different days/times. This happens every time. I don't know if this is down to reception or the phone system, but it's pretty poor. How are you supposed to make appointments if they don't pick up the phone? It's automated, you go on hold and eventually either give up (after 25 mins last time) or are cut off. You can't book appointments (even just for check ups) online so the only option is to go in person. The Dentist I see is excellent so it's a shame that the practice is let down in such a basic but significant way.
