Everyone from the Receptionist who greets me to the amazing Dentist who is the Best ever, makes my appointment a relaxed and caring experience.

I have been with this dental practice approximately 30 years. Everything has been very satisfactory and reliable. I am grateful to all the staff during that time.

Telephoned dentist, seen same day, wonderful treatment, friendly staff. Would recommend the practice it was a good experience thanks to all the nice staff there

What a great service,gone are the narky receptionists,replaced with a pleasant one that keeps you informed,the dentist is a lovely lady that keeps you informed of what she is doing and following a broken tooth extraction (which I was dreading)I told her that it was a very pleasant experience,she is wonderful Regards Dave

Visited the practice for treatment. All staff from Reception to the Dentist put me at ease. I was reassured at all times by the Dentist during the treatment as I’m a nervous patient. I can highly recommend this practice I will be returning for further treatment in the future.

Can't fault the dentist, he was very good! However I feel the reception staff can improve. Discussing personal medical details with patients in a waiting room full of patients doesn't maintain confidentiality or privacy of patients. It's horrendous trying to get through on the phone. However I witnessed staff ignoring phone calls to continue dailing phone calls to confirm appointments-surely answer the phone first!

It can take hours and numerous call to get through to reception,no one can be that busy,calls should be a priority
