All the dentists are really polite and professional. No matter who I see they are all great. Really happy I got my kids into the same dentist. I want to also say receptionist do a brilliant job and I have witnessed them deal with very difficult clients so well. They deserve more recognition.

I booked in emergency appointment the receptionist was really good and booked my appointment on the day. The dentist and the nurse did good job so thankful to be part of this practice

Great staff as ever but there’s a sign on reception stating that if you’re 5 minutes late the appointment might need rebooking but today I was left waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time. It can’t be one rule for one and one for the other. However, your service is brilliant and despite being kept waiting id never change surgeries as you always fit me in quickly when I need you. Thankyou

I waited for more than half an hour then I was asked If I pay or not(the same question evrey time) Then they gave me another appointment after 10 days although I have a broken teeth .

The standard of the work carried out is great. The surgery is clean and well presented. The only issue is that, more often than not, I have been left waiting for up to 20 minutes after my appointment time.
