rang apple dental winterbourne on friday 17th november 2023 about a broken front tooth (emergency) asked if it could be looked at today, and was told only 1 dental technician was in today, I a was then told this was normal for a friday. and I would have to wait till the following wednesday. not very professional is it. not very happy.

Had to make an emergency appointment today due to a broken tooth and was seen within 2 hours. I needed a filling. The dentist was so good and professional providing an excellent service. On leaving the surgery I was in no pain and I could not believe that I had just had a filling so promptly and free of pain, I had no pain relief. Thank you so much for this excellent service. It’s much appreciated.
