Quick, friendly but professional, let me know what was going on with the surgery as it progressed, allowed short rests to stop jaw muscles becoming overtired.

Sarah is always so kind and great with explaining things to my children. Never feels rushed, even though we know that it’s a busy surgery

He recognised that he had a request for a repeat prescription for my husband and gave it to me before I requested it. Also remembered I was quite a nervous patient and treated me accordingly. I have very high opinion of him.

Its seemed such a rush and i told them i had sensitive teeth . It was so painful it made me cry. They need to slow down and not make it feel like they are in a rush to get to the next patient .

Always such Kindness from all the staff. As well as knowing they are completely trustworthy. The Dentist are top of their field. The environment is also very clean & professional. Definitely recommend to anyone. I’ve been going, as well as with my children & husband for the past 25 years, and never want to change. Ten out of ten.

Only the welcome smile of the Receptionist. My appointment wasn’t fulfilled as I had hoped, as I had gone to have a check up which was carried out & also check a few rough bottom teeth which didn’t happen. There seemed no conversation of how my tea had been or were. Mostly screen viewing rather than personal. But suggestion of referral to new crown around £1000. Understand & agree I need hygienist. Will sort that. The surgery is neat but rather an unfriendly atmosphere. It seems very different to how it used to be. I have been attending here over 10 years & was disappointed.

The dentist! She was so calm, kind and competent. She didn’t make me feel stupid when I asked questions, gave really clear explanations and the procedure was nothing like as bad as I feared - she was reassuring throughout it and I totally trusted that I was in safe hands. Thank you!
