The Receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease from the start. i was nervous about my appointment as i hadn't been for a long time but she reassured me. Both Receptionists were lovely but this lady in particular showed great customer service. My dentist was amazing, i felt at ease. He was friendly and thorough. A calm environment, very clean. I would highly recommend this practice.

The team in reception are so welcoming and friendly and put you at ease immediately. The dental team are always professional and easy to talk to, explaining everything as they work.

The young lady was very professional and kind , she had me totally at ease and told me everything thing she was about to do before doing the procedure.

Routine checkup with good response to questions answered from dentist. Friendly and made you wellcome. P.S. the toilet door needs sorting out-stiff to open.

On a very cold icy morning my appointment was punctual. Thorough check and x rays taken. Courteous and polite from reception to treatment room.

I rang the surgery at 9:30 with a problem with one of my teeth and by 13:15 it was sorted by the staff who were friendly and professional in the way they helped me.
