The staff were polite and friendly, and the Dentist was professional, considerate and very informative of the treatment options, costs and aftercare. 10/10

My wife recently visited Ambience dental clinic and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Not only were their prices exorbitant, but the quality of service left much to be desired. First and foremost, let's talk about the cost. I was shocked by the astronomical fees charged for even the most basic procedures. It's clear that this dentist is more concerned with lining their pockets than with providing affordable care to their patients. Given the current economic climate, such inflated prices are downright unethical. But what's even more concerning is the lack of reliability in their services. Additionally, the quality of the dental work itself was subpar. It's evident that this dentist is cutting corners to maximize profits, compromising on both quality and integrity. In light of my experience, I strongly advise anyone in search of dental care to look elsewhere. There are plenty of competent and affordable dentists out there who prioritize patient well-being over profit margins. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Ambience dental care in Swindon at all costs. ---

Made appointment for NHS dentist 5 months ago. Received reminders via text. After an hour getting though roadworks to dentist they informed me my dentist had left the practice. I showed them the reminders and they shrugged and told me there was nothing they could do!! Furious!!

Friendly receptionist. had an appointment today with rge dentist who was pleasant, thorough and gave me the most thorough check up and dental cleaning I have ever had. She was honest and gave prices up front to help decide what was needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice. My own dentist could not offer check ups as they are short of staff. I will be going to Ambience for all future care. Thank you and well done.

I have a great deal of respect for the Ambience Dental practice. My personal experience showed the extensive knowledge and skills in dentistry my dentist has. All work undertaken precisely and without any real discomfort.

I'm with this practice. They sent me a letter saying they are reducing NHS services by 40 percent. Don't expect to be registered as a new NHS patient.

Disgusting service. Can't access emergency dentist because am registered there but my dentist left so I can't have a appointment! On top of that I had tried for 3 weeks to get hold of them. There's a answering machine during business hours that tells you how important you are, important ? I left 10 messages and did not have a single one of these calls returned.

Awful treatment of customers by very short tempered and short staffed receptionists. Repeated cancellation of my appointments by the surgery with less than 24 hours notice. No one will answer the phone and if you bother to leave a message then no one will get back to you, ever. I find it difficult to believe that businesses run in the manner continue to survive. This alone clearly demonstrates the disgraceful state of the NHS dental service.

I dont usually leave feedback for anything but I am making an exception. This was warm welcoming. Treatment was urgent and carried out with short notice. Whole procedure was telaxed and I did not actually feel the tooth was out until I was told. Thankyou and I actually enjoyed that.
