This practice is terribly bad, appointments in the afternoon never available, long waiting times and check ups usually not longer than 3 minutes. Also keep on cancelling appointments on hours notice and without reason. Receptionist unprofessional and rude. Stay away

This dental practice will deliberately keep cancelling appointments at very short notice on the day having no consideration for how badly it affects people from the working class who can only rely on using their annual leaves to attend for appointments. This has happened a number of times with me a few years back and again happening this year. Dental care is so bad and inconsistent due to their habitual cancellation of appointments that I have continued with gum infection and loss of multiple teeth
