The past three appointments I have had I have seen the same dentist and she has made me feel at ease got right tho the root of the problem sorted it and have had no issues only thing wrong is they need a bigger better place to help the ppl they do its awkward for disabled ppl please help them get a better facility

I have been using the practice for around 2 years. I like my dentist, he is friendly and professional. I can get a Saturday appointment and I like the reminders that the practice sends so I know when my appointment is coming up.

Dentist was very good, kind and polite. Unfortunately didnt give her name so cant give her a shout out. Was very good with our 2 year old daughter too. Great advice given to help us have healthier gums and teeth.

How kind and patient my dentist was . Really helped with my nerves and making a decision to have an extraction which initially panicked me.

I was called for my appointment on time. I am very nervous but the dentist put my mind at rest explaining exactly what she was going to do at the appointment. The reception staff very friendly cannot fault

I would recommend the hygienist at Aldershot Dental Practice. She is so friendly and helps make the visit as pleasant as possible. She makes me feel a valued client.

The hygienist was great, very friendly and informative. Unfortunately, I arrived 1 minute late and waited for 5 minutes at reception to be seen and to pay the rest of my bill upfront. This meant that the time was taken out of my appointment and I was rushed out of the door a minute before the appointment time should have been up. This meant I only had about 13min appointment instead of 20mins. I realise this is partly my fault for being late but I was only a minute late and wasn't told to turn up 5 mins before. It's such a big expense, so it would have been nice to have a bit more time.

The dentist and her assistant were fantastic as i am a very nervous patient. They were patient and kind which made a lot of difference
