Was put at ease straight away as I’m very nervous of dentist’s. Had a tooth taken out and was impressed how quick and easy it was.

Seen on time and very efficient. Lovely greeting from the lady on the reception desk who took the time to talk to me.

The reception lady’s were helpful, friendly and polite. The Dentist was the same as well. The hygienist was also the same.

I had an appointment 17/11/23 Found I needed hospital treatment Given date 19/1/24 at dentist surgery I thought this ment hospital surgeon would visit your surgery At appointment told this was wrong and another tooth needed to be taken out similar to the hospital one but they would try to extract this one themselves . Unfortunately this was not possible and the root was unable to be taken out. About 1 hour after leaving the surgery I received a text message from Woking surgery regarding a possible appointment. I’m not sure if this is for the first tooth that was missed for hospital extraction in Nov and the root extraction from yesterday. I think this a system problem . T

Communication is excellent, the staff have a really good reminder system and are industrious, welcoming and efficient. The Dentist, all young enthusiastic and engaging, get on with it, discuss their plans and are very professional. This is a good dental surgery right in the middle of Aldershot.

Very friendly, we go as a family of 5 and the practice is very patient with the youngest (6) and talk through what they are doing setting her at ease. Lovely to be catered for as a group so we dont have to waste time with seperate appointment times and trying to get all the kids together.

Although I had already explained the reason for my visit today and made an appointment for an impression, it was not able to happen due to it being a Friday. My dentist was very understanding and managed to squeeze me in on Tuesday next week
