Found the receptionists to be pleasant and helpful.Dentist I saw was very nice,gave me advice how to stop plaque from forming on the bottom teeth. I am not the most courageous person when it comes to seeing the dentist.However I was put at ease straight away and came away happy.

My wife and I both had superb service off the dentist the dentist who advised us on minor issues and made follow up appointments where necessary

I had a back tooth extracted, and my dentist was amazing. I have great confidence in him, and have no worries about any treatment that he recommends.

I have been going to the dentist some time. I sometimes get “tooth ache” when I have issues with sinusitis and my dentist has explained why and given advice on the use of heat wraps to ease the pain. I also feel that the dentist does not force you to have one course of treatment but gives you options. For example I have a tooth with a half crown, it started to have a small gap which as I had no pain we watched and waited. Now I need to have something done as food is catching in it, rather than taking the half crown off and replacing it with a full crown the dentist is going to initially try and build up the tooth with filling, but if when we start that he finds problems we may then go down the full crown route. The half crown has been in place for many years, is gold and fits well, I prefer this as a first choice. My previous Dentist was brutal, did work that wasn’t needed and left me very unhappy. I am glad that I have found this practice and now have a better opinion of the profession again.

My husband and I visited the dentist for our six month checkup. She was extremely thorough and put us at ease straight away. We went in on time and although we only had ten minute appointments she answered all our questions and was very helpful. Can't praise her enough. Well done!

I Attended my dental appointment today and I had such a thorough Dental Examination. Both the Dentist and the Dental Nurse were lovely and very helpful. 🦷😷😷

The actual treatment was explained well throughout the appointment Very professional I feel that the receptionists are not always professional and dont treat you as an individual, service doesnt seem to be personal

From the reception to the dental nurse to the dentist, all very friendly and approachable. They all listen to your concerns no matter what they are. Explained to the receptionist how unhappy I was with the appearance of my new dentures, she had a word with the dentist for me. When I saw the dentist she explained very simply what all of my options are and made me feel so much better about myself

Did not wait long to be seen and everything was very good I had a check up which was thorough and was told what needed to be done, I also have to go back on Wednesday to see another dentist who is very thorough
