The staff downstairs chat really loud, laughing and having fun; I also see ring doughnuts and ice drinks frappes on reception desk. I would imagine this is somewhere but not a private dental practice.

Went to visit a hygienist today. The hygienist and her assistant were very professional, helpful and polite. Would thoroughly recommend.

I broke my tooth so I needed an asap treatment. I was told the next available appointment would probably be in a month time but there was an emergency appointment system which would be on a first comes first served. I chose that option as for me it was an emergency. I was told, because I didn’t come to the clinic for few years I’ll have to pay £80 upfront while I am booking. I was seen by the dentist who quickly checked all my teeth for few minutes and I was asked to go back to the reception to book an appointment for the treatment itself… So I paid £80 just to be quickly checked and be given a treatment plan of £800 I came out very frustrated and unhappy

Been seen late even the practice was empty, taking about fees and money more than anything else, far too much expensive, they get you in and out very quick....
