Abbey Dental Staff is very helpful at reception and very friendly. Saw a dental lovely therapist. Made me very at ease. Explained the procedure. Made me laugh and the procedure was great. The dentist as always was friendly and efficient. Very at ease with overall good dental visits

All of the staff at Abney Dental have been very understanding. They will listen to your issues and will be happy to give you information on various solutions so that you can make an informed decision. They also care about saving natural teeth and will do all they can to preserve them. Very high recommend!

Called to make an appointment and was booked in 2nd November - got a call back to say due to not being at the practice for some time I need to come in and do paperwork before they can book the appointment, confirmed this was ok and went to the practice which with train delays took me nearly 2 hours. Was told at the desk the date had lapsed so they can't register me - now fine but why tell me on the phone to come in and do some paperwork, completely wasted my time. They did not care nor even apologised and were not willing to help even though they made the mistake. Avoid - the staff are just unbelievably rude.
