   Avoid this practice as there are “penalty” protocols in place if you do ever miss an appointment (including automatic ones made without you knowing during a lockdown!) I was unfairly discharged in the middle of an ongoing wisdom tooth referral today because I was accused of missing two appointments in 2021, in between attending other appointments. One of these was allegedly before my last three appointments I had last summer where they said they told me about my “warning” - they did no such thing. Nothing was said at all when I visited the practice after on numerous occasions, and because I was unwell for an old appointment made for the November (for which I apologised today), they told me I’m now unregistered from the practice. I even received a letter last week inviting me to make an appointment as I was due a check-up, then I learn that I have been unregistered! How are practices allowed to treat people like this? I thought this was NHS, accessible for all yet instead I feel like I’ve been tricked by a private company seeking to retain its ‘reputation’.
