They provide a good service. Reminders sent in good time and a phone call on the day from reception confirming attendance of my appointment. The actual appointment was good and I was happy with the way I was treated.

The staff are pleasant and helpful. The treatment I received was thorough. One thing that was a minor issue for me personally was that on the door it says the practice is closed between 1-2pm. I was not aware of this beforehand. My appointment was at 2pm and I arrived early at 1.40pm and it was raining and I didn’t have an umbrella so I had to wait outside. Thankfully the door was open at 1.50pm. I also had to complete the online forms. This was a bit stressful. I would like to suggest that the door is left unlocked and staff have staggered lunch breaks if that would help. This is not a complaint as they are excellent.

Staff always pleasant I was seen on time. Dentist explained that I need treatment but could think about it and let her know when I’d come to a decision. Didn’t feel rushed.

Very professional dentist, all the staff were very kind and helpful and I felt looked after. I came for my denture fitting and the dentist went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable

The receptionists were friendly and willing to answer all queries I left the practice feeling very satisfied. The dentist was friendly and professional. very pleased

An extremely successful experience with thorough and professional analysis and advice. Efficiently seen under the practice emergency appointment system. Treatment given to remedy damaged tooth with a discussion on future options available for longer term dental repair. Exceptional service from everyone at the dental practice.

Hygienist gave me a through clean and appropriate advice. She kept her professionalism through out the service and friendly at the same time which looked appropriate.

The Dentist Hygienist was good and thoroughly checked my teeth’s and did not rush me and also gave me and verbally advised me how to look after my teeth’s.

I have had few tooth extraction, filling, implant done to me, and also got my denture made. Perfect job was done, and I am fully satisfied with all of these treatments.

Had 2 fillings minus anaesthetic, quick, treatment was pain free, dentist and staff friendly. Took care of me as always. Have been with this dentist for 10 years+ family friendly.
