Our family have been going to see our dentist at Abbey Dental for many years, and his service along with his assistant has always been super friendly, efficient and very reasonable cost wise. I went there to check a recent tooth ache and he immediately did an x-ray and booked me in for a cavity replacement which was accomplished quickly and to high standard. He and his assistant were charming as usual.

The members of staff are really kind and very helpful and caring and as for my doctor, his so lovely. I have been with him for many years now and in all that time he and his assistant has made me feel confident with my teeth. I had a of problems with my teeth and he made sure that teeth, gums and mouth are in a good way, with no problems. And I also listen to him of how to keep them in good order. Thank You Everybody.

the practice was able to met needs of the patient with serious mental health condition. The staff at the reception and doctor was able to help patient with waiting times, communication and needs.

I was scheduled for a crown installation and at the second appointment when the new crown should've been installed it turned out that the new crown was not properly built so I was scheduled after another month having to wear another temporary crown for a month. It was quite unexpected being told that the new crown does not fit and that I have to wait another month due to holidays to get another new crown. I wasn't expecting such a failure from a dental practice which promotes quality services on their website: "Our highly skilled team is committed to delivering consistent quality dental services of the highest standards in a modern, relaxed and friendly environment. Love your smile!" well... not in my case.

I attended Abbey Dental Practice for a check up on the NHS. The reception staff were very polite and gave me a pad to fill in the forms about health etc. I was seen on time by the dentist, who examined my teeth and gave them an NHS clean and descale. She was polite, efficient and friendly. She explained I'd need to be tipped back and said it might be a bit uncomfortable (the chair was but I'm short!) but it was fine. On leaving the receptionist wished me Happy Christmas. I was really happy with my treatment and will be back next year.

Receptionists were welcoming and helpful. Similarly, dentist and his assistant were very friendly and reassuring. When I needed to get three cavities done they gave me the option of doing it in one appointment or multiple appointments. I opted to do it in one appointment and they did it quickly and (relatively) painlessly with excellent use of local anaesthetic. They explained that I could take a break if the pain and discomfort was too intense. Dentist was very competent and explained clearly what I have to do to maintain good oral health. I could go private and get the same treatment for ten times the price - no thank you!
