The Dentist is just the best. My fillings last for over 6 months to a year when ever She carries my fillings. She is friendly and very professional and makes the whole experience to the dentist “enjoyable”

All the staff are very friendly, hospitable, caring, patient and easy to be around. It goes without saying that they are booked up well in advance for routine appointments, but when I rang recently for this emergency appointment, I was seen same say.

On Friday I had a routine appointment with the hygienist. I've been going to this dentist for around 4/5 years and found that the person I have normally (young Asian lady) has been amazing and gentle and of a caring manner. For the first time last week I had someone different. I found the experience quite traumatising - she was rough, the treatment hurt a lot more than previously and her manner was quite brash and not very gentle. My mouth and gums bled a lot more than usual after. She also did not give me a polish after the scaling - which i have always had on previous occasions. When i asked why she gave me no reason - and i have always understood this was part of the treatment and i didn't leave with that usual 'clean' feeling i normally have. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience and i would't want to have treatment from the same person again - hopefully i can request my previous usual person for future appointments.

I was nervous to book a hygiene appointment as I absolutely knew that it was overdue and the dentist probably would be concerned at my oral hygiene. I looked at the reviews of abbey dental and lots of people had mentioned in reviews specifically that they found dentists here to be non judgmental which is what made me book. There weren't any appointments available with the dentists mentioned in the reviews for a while so I booked with a hygiene nurse who wasn't mentioned in previous reviews. While I found she was contentious during the actual appointment she was quite judgmental in her language and had a look on her face as if I was disgusting for leaving my dental hygiene appointment overdue. I think it would be beneficial for her to understand that not everyone has the same access to information on how to upkeep your oral hygiene and that was why I had paid to come to the surgery, to learn from a professional. I did feel a little embarrassed leaving and think a softer approach is worth her bearing in mind. She did check in during the appointment to make sure I wasn't in pain or too uncomfortable which i did appreciate but when talking to me about my oral hygiene i found that her tone was a bit condensing and that I should've known all the things she was telling me

Excellent dentist, caring, easy going and very helpful. Very easy to register and to get appointments. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Waiting time is not long. Easy access.

Once again very pleased with the service I received from my dentist. Grateful to the assistant who held my hand throughout. Always so understanding of my issues and putting me at ease.

I've been using this practice for quite a long time. Both the dentist and the assistance are very, welcoming, friendly, professional, fast.... I've just had a root canal treatment. I had to go in to re-fit the temporary crown, I was in and out in no time. Also the receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. Brilliant place.

Visited the hygienist she was great and air polished my teeth which was great. Staff here are excellent both from reception hygienist, support staff and dentists. This is a brilliant practice.
