I needed outpatient surgery and was concerned how to get there without help as I m disabled . I do drive but that was nt an option as it was eye surgery . I asked for transport and expected the Spanish Inquisition, but they were so helpful and kind . The transport saved all the stress and I could nt have been better taken care of . Thank you so much .

On the 13th of October, late at night, I had to ring an ambulance for my Grandmother who had fallen late in the night and possibly broken a bone. The paramedics came around and were absolutely brilliant. They comforted her and made sure that she was safe and in as little pain as possible before having to transfer her to an ambulance. I can't thank you enough for your help.
