   This clinic made an appointment available when the Bowthorpe Road N&N Hospital had a a long waiting time. They were helpful and attentive. They omitted to send information about my visit to my GP or the main hospital that had passed them the referral, which resulted in my being recorded as having missed an appointment at Bowthorpe, which I hope will be rectified in future. So, face to face was good, and the advice was helpful, but record keeping and relay not so good that time. Thanks
