   The reception staff have always been pleasant, helpful, empathic, efficient. The GP with whom I've spoken twice recently was so understanding, kind, calm, helpful, and empathic. She went above and beyond to give specific as well as holistic advice. She listened so well. Just speaking with her helped me a great deal not to feel so alone with the chronic pain in my spine.
