   After trying for several days to speak to a doctor for my 80 year Aunt ( she was having problems after heart surgery) We were told the doctor would be home visiting her. She never came! We visited the surgery to find out why to be told she was very busy! The doctor then rang my Aunt showing no empathy and told her to go to a@eWe called for an ambulance the next day and Aunt was taken into hospital she was very ill! Every medical professional we have seen cannot believe the doctor did not help and said a vulnerable 80 year old should not be told to go to a@eWhat a disgrace! My Auntie described all her symptoms to the doctor and two of my friends who are nurses said she was very ill and needed medical attention immediately! Why didn’t a GP think the same. The doctors in the hospital have also said it is shocking and the GP should have called for an ambulance immediately and instead it was left to us! My Aunt will not be using this particular doctor again!
