Friendly an professional nurse who contacted on call ophthalmologist for advice. Prescription provided and I was seen that evening at William Harvey. So grateful for such a speedy response. Well done to all involved in my care and thank you.

I am an ex cancer patient and have anxiety about certain procedures investigations that cause me pain now. The nurse who did my scan today was amazing - she really understood my experience and performed the procedure with great sensitivity at the estuary view site - she was excellent! Thank you so much.
