   Tried to get appointment which was for worrying reason, appointment given one week away, that date has arrived, you have cancelled appointment on day due, now having to wait further week for appointment. Totally unacceptable. Having been with this surgery since birth, with in the past some brilliant Doctors, now having to look for alternative GP surgery, but guess that is your reason for ignoring patients, to clear some out.
