   I have visited the surgery twice now over the last few weeks. Reception was very helpful initially and I requested a face to face meeting with a Doctor. The Doctor was very helpful and gave me a further appointment at the time of the consultation.

   I called in with a problem with my finger, the whole experience from booking in at reception, through to triage, nurse practitioner, doctor, and radiologist for an X-ray, was easy, with me being kept updated at each stage. Thank you for my treatment and care which was much appreciated.

   I am very nervous about needles and blood, so I was extremely reluctant to have my diabetic review today. The diabetic nurse who saw me was so reassuring and kind, everything went so smoothly, I couldn’t believe it! She was very encouraging about the steps I’ve been taking towards improving my health and well-being. It was such a positive experience that I wouldn’t hesitate in future to attend my diabetic review. Thank you for being so understanding.
