Waited 3 hours (which was not bad) triaged very quickly. Practitioner abrupt, unempathetic. I was in extreme pain from a spinal injury and I was asked what I thought they could do for me, that I should’ve just referred myself to Joint health care. I was given a tiny leaflet containing a Qr code, which contained 3 exercises. Two of which I had already explained I couldn’t do because of pain. I was told to buy myself some over the counter medication. Very dismayed and downright disgusted.

Helpful medical advice from knowledgeable professionals in a calm environment. Clearly very busy but the staff somehow manage to maintain a calm friendly personal approach. Whilst the consultation was not conclusive the next steps were outlined.

District nurses asked did we need visit. Arranged to come 2 days later. Didn't come didn't contact us. My mum was left in bed to facilitate visit which left her distressed with difficulty breathing and no access to TV or radio. What should have facilitated her care what the opposite effect. Have had better health care in third world countries
