   Rang at 8.30am two days ago asking for an appointment put on “clinition” list for call back 11.45 pharmacist (not clinition) rang me to say he couldn’t help me as he’s not able to give out medication without a script! Said ring drs again on Monday morning rang again at 8.29 this morning and after being on hold for 15 mins the phone was answered and put down re rang back to be told “receptionist” needed to speak to the clinition after another period of waiting was told by the clinition I’ll be put on the clinition list for a callback sometime today all I ask for is an appointment! There seems to be a general lack of communication or understanding from any of the staff at this “ practice” wellington medical practice has always had a terrible reputation but I believe it’s now worse than it’s ever been it’s supposed to be a drs surgery but we’re are the drs if you need to see one ?
