   I was referred by 111 to out of hours as the gp on the phone felt that the original diagnosis my the nurse at the local surgery was not correct. The nursing staff were super friendly but the GP on call was rude, dismissive and ignored the concerns of the 111 service and made my mum and I feel like we had wasted her time. 3 days later as my condition continued to worsen our local gp confirmed the original diagnosis was wrong, the 111’s suspicions were correct and finally I have been given treatment.
