    Well what can I say. A perfect approach at last to modern health care services. A nice midern design. With imposing enterance and very pleasant reception staff. Spacious and clean. Seating for young an old. Modern treatment room all to a high standard. Appears that they do mri.xrays.scans and minor surgeries. Like the QE it wasnt appressive. Would prefer my scans and treatment there. Puts my Surgery to shame Well done nhs. Lets see more of these places.

    On 22/01/2023, arrived to collect a prescription for a relative under urgent care. Was advice to head upstairs to reception to collect prescription. As I did approx 13:10hrs only to be told they were now closed and unable to assist with my query and I should return in the morning, even though there was another reception desk, the centre has no signs to differentiate 3 desks! The reception staff fail to acknowledge you on arrival, fail to maintain any eye contact, unhelpful to anyone asking queries, I was monitoring them for 30 minutes. This morning 23/01/ I returned to collect the prescription only to passed the buck by the reception staff again until I highlighted to them you have another desk, could they help me to be told yes, eventually I got the prescription. What an awful service by staff at reception 1st floor, I was also told there is a security guard present to assist, well I didn’t see one yesterday. No signage, nothing to suggest the different reception desks! Very poorly managed.

    Overall fantastic service, received a swift appointment and nurse was very kind and had a great attitude, giving excellent follow up guidance too.
