Shocking waiting times. Arrived @ 10am finally admitted @ 9.30pm despite suffering a mini stroke. Junior doctor was rude, rolled eyes and had an extremely bad attitude toward me for no reason. Junior Doctor left me in a room for 3 hours then sent me to another department and after another 3 hours was sent back to A&E for urgent emergency care as they didn't understand why I was sent there given I'd suffered a TIA mini stroke. I was only then seen by the stroke team, 6 / 7 hours later than I should have been seen. Northwick Park hospital lacks staff, experienced caring staff, lacks the detail and is widely known for their bad reputation within the healthcare system.

111 booked us in for an appointment at 10.20 at the UCC. When I arrived I told them all of this, and we were in their system, but then they said just wait to be called with everyone else! So what's the point of an appointment time! Also the UCC is the same as A&E, same waiting room, same staff, it's very misleading. Basically, turn up early and wait.
