I had an appointment this morning and came away feeling incredibly upset. Hospital appointments are already quite an uneasy experience for me and the way I was spoken to and treated really did not help that. I felt extremely belittled and spoken over. I came away feeling more uneasy than I did before attending the appointment.

I am another one who had been hit with a parking fine. I parked in the car park down from the main entrance to the emergency dentist. I was there 30 mins and now have a fine from Highview Parking. As most of these comments are describing the same problem I'm sure you are sorting this?!

Sign outside saying ‘2 Hours free parking for patients’ I was in there 35 mins and got a £100 fine!!!

Parked in a disabled bay with valid blue badge for 1 hrs 40 and have been hit with £100 fine. Why has this happened,? as you can park for 2 hours? This has caused huge amount of stress on top of ongoing stressful medical diagnosis

Just got a parking fine. I parked in the car park round to the right near the pharmacy and smile together dental area. I don't understand why I have a parking fine as I was only there for 30 minutes to see emergency dentist. What do I do now? This is really stressful

I was there 37 mins and I got a fine even though it is 2 hours parking so sort out the parking issue

Dentist OK.carpark not got a fine 2hrs on board and was there 47 mins am appealing..sort it was a emergency Booked appointment.

I got a parking fine for parking for 20 minutes. The signs does not state you have to have an appointment when parking. The sign says for patients only which I am!!!! As my partner works at the practice / building I picked her up. I was early so I parked in the car park to wait for like I do every time she works there. I could have parked to go in and make an appointment for a different day. Would I have got fined because I didn't have an appointment there and then ????? This parking fine is for 17th February. It's now 13th March. How many more fines am I going to get?? I call the surgery and they tell me it's nothing to do with them!!! Patients beware when you park there. Make sure you have an appointment to park. You're not allowed to park and go in to pick up a prescription because you've not got an appointment to park

I parked in the car park for 20 minutes, inside of the free parking times. The sign says free 2 hours free parking and I got a parking fine!
