I had a great experience with the lovely Health Visitor and Physio at Trentside. The Health Visitor really took time to explain everything for the 3-4 month appointment. The only downside was the car park. It was completely inaccessible for my disabled husband and impossible to get the car seat out. There was also a car crash incident at the same time of our visit. This is not a safe or appropriate car park for a baby clinic. I would encourage anyone going to walk if they can!

Your feedback is important to us and it is lovely to hear that you/family member had a positive experience from the Well Baby clinic. In relation to the issue with the parking, it is appreciated your frustration that you experienced on the day and not being able to find adequate parking facilities for your family’s needs. It is acknowledged that parking can be difficult on sites. Please be assured that the Trust take on board such comments and your feedback is very important to us.
