   While on the phone talking about needing an appointment due to reactions to medication given by the doctor, the receptionist said we'd need to phone Monday after the weekend however we already put an appointment application in the Friday morning. My father was told if you have reactions to medications get intouch asap to get an appointment. The receptionist was told this and continued to say phone back Monday. We mentioned him being recommended to be seen asap if he has reactions and asked what would happen if something serous happened over the weekend due to her not following his advice given from the doctors, the receptionist hung up.
