   The therapists at Total Wellbeing Luton don't seem to have the ability to listen and remember anything you've ever said, even in the last few seconds. For example, she asked me about my household, which I answered, and then she replied what should have been confirming my response but was a completely different living and family situation (imagine being a single person with no children and she thinks you're married with 5 children after you answer the former). This happened several times over. They also never actually email when they say they will, there is no contact between sessions when there should be. I don't know if it's a funding issue, if the therapists are overworked or what's going wrong but I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, especially anyone who is really struggling with mental health you will feel abandoned and thrown into crisis.
