   Shoddy clinical practice. Call you up out of the blue when you haven’t heard from the clinic since 2020. arrange phone calls and then don’t call you. when you call the Tile Hill team- they say the clinician tried to call you but when straight to voicemail. As this related to mental health, they treat patients with little or no respect. I asked for an appointment letter as you would have with any medical appt- eg physio, neurologist & they said they were a different trust. Even if they are a different trust, it is still a medical appointment. They lie and say they have tried to call you for a phone appointment when they do not call at all. terrible place . This is a way to get rid of the mental health patients off their books by pretending to have called them. I have no missed calls on my mobile or landline- and 2 other people in my house can verify this! I’d love to see a screenshot of when the clinician called me. If it did go to voicemail, why not leave a message. Something is not adding up here- Till Hill community mental health team. you offer a terrible service and if any patients complain, you use their mental health against them.
