   All I can review is the shocking experience I've received already, before even seeing someone. The original later stated hope to be seen within 28 days and may not be able to meet this. Fine but state on the letter then likely amount of days. 100 days later I received an appointment for it to be cancelled on the day, an hour before the visit. This caused my child to become overwhelmed, we had been preparing him for the appointment for weeks. the appointment was rebooked for 2 weeks later, and guess what again on the day the appointment cancelled. Do you really care about children's mental health? This is causing my son more distress. I feel you've let down my son and feel a lack of trust that you can support him going forward. Shocking service. The service should be ashamed of themselves.
