Outstanding. Everyone at the hospital was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I only had to wait 6 weeks from appointment to procedure. I was an NHS patient but this made no difference to the courteous and professional staff. Would highly recommend the hospital.

Having just had day case surgery at the Yorkshire clinic, I can't praise them enough. My journey from consultation through to surgery ran like clockwork. On the actual day, I received the upmost professional care from all the team. Due to medical reasons I had an impromptu overnight stay. I had a private room with en suite throughout my stay, which made things so much easier and more relaxing. Although I was an NHS patient, I believe, I was treated exactly the same as if I had been a private patient. Excellent food, very clean room and facilities friendly, attentive and caring staff. What more could I ask for. I would recommend The Yorkshire clinic to anyone. Thank you

The whole experience from beginning to end has made this procedure bearable, excellent facilities, excellent surgeon, anaesthetist, aftercare staff and not forgetting the whole team of physiotherapists. The physio team had compassion and understanding and were extremely supportive throughout, as especially without them I would have taken much longer to recover. A big thank you to one and all.

From the minute I walked in The reception staff were lovely and inviting. They seemed happy to be helping you which puts you at ease straight away before your procedure. Then the nursing staff and anesthetist and physiotherapist just seemed happy in their work very attentative and explained everything for me. Although no-one wants to have any procedure doing if I had to having more this would be the place I would want to be. An exce!lent place in Thank you so much for the care you've e me

I have had lens replacement in both eyes carried out at the Eye Clinic. The team are exceptional. Every person on the team made me feel that I was in safe hands and were great in helping me to relax. Could not recommend highly enough.

I have to tell the truth about this clinic, I had some health problems that bothered me for several years. I was recommended by the NHS to the Yorkshire Clinic which I went to immediately, I must admit I had a good impression from the reception itself that I had come to the right place and not the wrong one. After the surgery I had with team in The Yorkshire Clinic to tell the truth in percentage of my problems I had 100% maybe between 3-5% of my previous problems remained, so that team that worked on my problem removed over 95% my health problems. I would recommend anyone not to avoid this Yorkshire clinic as everyone will be amazed at the service they provide to every patient no matter who and where the patient is from. I was scared about the operation, I remember they started joking around me, I knew they were doing it to make it easier for me to fall asleep from anesthesia, after a short time I was in my room, I was surprised when the wonderful nurse told me that the operation was very successful. This is just a small part of my true story about The Yorkshire Clinic and Thank you very much to everyone at the clinic for your great kindness*****

My brother had an appointment at 3.15pm for an Endoscopy. He was very nervous and anxious about this. 2 hours later and he has still not been seen for his procedure. This is totally unacceptable given the nature of the procedure and how nervous and anxious he is. Didn't even tell him how overdue the appointments are running until after 2 hours he had to ask.

My daughter was referred to Yorkshire clinic...after an initial consultation she was told it would take 2 operations and a price which I agreed to, after the 1st operation we had another consultation and was told the their would be another cost for the 2nd operation...to which I was fuming this wasn't said at the beginning now leaving my daughter with only half the job done .. I asked the secretary and the surgeon how I go about making an official complaint to which I have had no response it's now been 2 weeks...hope some one gets back to me...the practice is all professional and nice when collecting fees but dealing with complaints very poor....
