   Very frustrated with recent changes at the practice. Telephone appointments are now given a 2 hour window for the GP to call, despite booking a 10 am appointment!!. The text confirming says a GP will call between 9 and 12!. This is Not good personalised care or customer service. I work full time and can't easily access my phone during work. I will book a face to face appointment in future! I have also tried to join the Patient forum multiple times and never hear back.
