After being on the phone for nearly 4hr 30 mins I'm still in the queue with the dermatology department. What an absolute joke and then they wonder why people get so irate

I had to have a mole removed for testing, every time the doctor asked for the equipment they were told they didn't have to correct supplies, they stitched with what they had, however when I went to get the stitches removed they were shocked at how it looked and the lack of handover info e.g. didn't say how many stitches there were, it was stitched in such a way they struggled to get them out and it was very painful and involved another follow-up appointment today.

Referred to dermatology by my dr. Got the Date for my appointment only to have it cancelled two days before. I was told that they would rebook following week at same time. Arrived and no one on reception at time of appointment . After quite a large que formed behind everyone decide to go into the unit only to be met rudely by receptionist and told to get out and sign in at desk. Then was told that I didn’t have an appointment And they could not fit me in . And then told to come back following week at same time ????!! From what the other patients were saying at the desk it is always like this …. Not looking forwarded to my appointment

Was referred to Dermatology by GP for suspected skin cancer on my nose, within 2 weeks had appointment and within 6 days after first appointment had small procedure this morning. What a great team! Very understanding, kind and gentle. Thank you

Have called the dermatology department in Scunthorpe ironstone centre approx 10-12 times (not within lunch hours). They just do not answer the phone. This has happened on previous occasions also. Even when you approach the desk they do not seem bothered. Disgusting service.

I had an appointment where i had to leave a sample and booked a referral but when i went to check on the update 1 week later they told me i was no longer registered with them and that they didn't process my sample or my referral. Not my problem anymore attitude. And i still haven't had my results 3 weeks later

Spent about two hours waiting as the locum surgeon had gone to the wrong clinic. Following the procedure I was given a tube of ointment to apply three times daily. It was only when I arrived home ( a 35min journey ) that I found the tube had been used and was virtually empty. I had to visit my local pharmacy and managed to buy another tube. No mention was made of when I should restart my anti- coagulant medication and I forgot to ask.

had an appointment with podiatry,when i felt dizzy and passed out briefly,the care i had from 2 nurses was excellent,kind and caring,and made sure i was ok before they let me leave
