   Seen in the Emergency outpatients department on Sunday lunchtime, having been referred through the 111 system. My wait was not over-long (a little under an hour) and I was seen by a very pleasant nurse-practitioner, who was able to diagnose my problem very quickly and issue a prescription. I could not have asked for a better service; thank you to all concerned.
