   Took my three month old baby in with a severe ear infection, was told by my own doctor as they didn’t have any availability to take the baby straight to the walk in and bring someone with me as I was still recovering from c section complications and couldn’t have the baby on my own for a prolonged amount of time due to pain and stress on my wound, was told I could not have the help from my mom who was told to come with me by the doctor and not being able to physically hold/ rock and care for the baby for the prolonged waiting times I had no choice but to leave without baby being seen in severe pain, I explained all of this to the receptionist and was still denied the help of having my mom with me in order for my baby to get medical attention. Absolutely appalling that based on a medical reason and opinion of needing physical help that I was still denied this and told there was no choice but for me to have to sit alone in pain without any help with my baby while waiting to be seen. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate and not compassionate at all, as you would expect your treatment to be by a “professional” receptionist in a medical setting!
