   Over the course of 3 years I have been nothing but messed about by Old Vicarage. They don't check the services they're referring patients to so are often completely inappropriate, their staff are incapable of corresponding properly, often forgetting to send out important letters and prescriptions. Higher up staff (consultants) get aggressive and belittle patients to the point of tears with zero attempt at anything resembling "bedside manner". Essentially after 3yrs I've been offered no help by Old Vicarage and have essentially been left to rot now.
