    I only wish all hospitals could be run like this. Clean, quiet, calm and helpful staff. The radiology department is fantastic.

    We had the misfortune of encountering the most unhelpful and obtrusive receptionist, the one in the Radiology department. She refused to assist with the printing of an ex-ray order, refused to give us the email so the GP could send the order directly to her, then proceeded to go to lunch, while advising we should walk up and down the road looking for somewhere to print the order - a woman in her late 70s, with pneumonia, while it's 2 degrees outside. Truly shameful. It's a shame because we've had good experiences at the Nelson center before. But this is really unacceptable.
