I booked an appointment online for my 11month old who was suffering from severe constipation i got a message from the receptionist who said it has been passed on to a pharmacist who would give me a call and advise me. I never received that phone call from the pharmacist or from the gp. Absolutely devastated by this experience you could never get appointments when you do they fail to ring you second time now i have had this experience wouldn't recommend this surgery to anyone. It is over packed with patients and you never get appointments when you do Manage to get one online they forget!

unable to get an appointment. very unfriendly and unprofessional staff answering the phones. Doctors are quite friendly. Need to make practice more efficient and friendly.

You can never get a same day appointment and have to wait weeks to see a doctor.. And when you do manage to get through on the phone after being 29th in line there’s no appointments left and they just say go to the hospital. The online consultation all ways has a technical issue and doesn’t work so how are you ment to speak to your doctor. I understand things were different and difficult during the pandemic but it doesn’t seem to have changed since lockdowns and restrictions were lifted. It’s disappointing as they were always good and never had any issues before.
