   I received an appointment after 5 months of waiting for f to f counselling. I arrived at Bey Therapy centre and discovered I was not on the list. After a lot of confusion with the staff at the desk and over the phone for 30mins it appears that I was given some one else's appointment. I was eventually connected to a manager who didn't answer the phone. It just continued to ring. Dreadful experience. Grim day.
