Review titled Teldoc that doesn’t Call back
Rated 1 star out of 5
by C WRIGHT - Posted on 12 March 2025
I am grateful that my family have been able to move from this practise however my mother in law isn’t that fortunate. She’s 85 to be told time again that “practise at capacity fill in on line form” how can a 85 year old who doesn’t have the assess to the internet. Today 13/3/25 16:15 since 8am awaiting call back, this is after 111 have informed her that she needs to go through Dr…this is so frustrating that when ill she can’t get basic care. Absolutely appalling but who cares! Nobody. Do not join this GP practice.

Review titled Unfit for purpose.
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Rob - Posted on 17 June 2024
I was asked to arrange a blood test for my type 2 diabetes. Having attended I was contacted by phone and I was asked to ring back. After half an hour's wait (I have a very busy, fast moving job in health care so this was hard to manage) I got through to be offered an appointment with no reason other than to discuss my results. None of the appointments were suitable, not least because there were no specific phone time slots available. I certainly cannot put a day aside for someone to call me. The practice I run does provide specific time slots. I was keen to find out the results of my blood test and the only option provided was to go to a TelDoc practice and request it. Eventually I created a link via the Patient Access app. I was surprised and disappointed to find that my HbA1C had not been taken. I need this result for my own occupational health purposes. So it'll be another long phone call, another wait in the medical centre for a blood test. The test I need cannot be booked via the app. On reviewing my own results I find I have an indication of Acute Kidney Injury based on slight elevation in a couple of areas. But the result I needed is missing. The state of primary care services frankly terrifies me. It's not logical, it's not patient focused and it does not feel safe.
