    I referred myself to TalkPlus and they called me and then after the call they told me that they would not help. They never spoke to me, they left a voice mail. The issue is that I have been to a number of NHS Services now that have all pushed me out the door but no one has ever explained why. So what happens is that I get these awful theories and my wife tries to tell me otherwise. I can not let go of them and over time it all builds up and I really do not know what is real. I spoke to my GP and he suggested that I refer myself to TalkPlus again. This time TalkPlus ignored the referral. I do not know what I have done wrong. I email them to tell them what is happening to me because I thought that when you are sick you go to the Drs but this is not the case and I can not get my head around it. What I do not like is the way TalkPlus treat people. Like you are an object, something to get through in the day, but really I am struggling. I told them what awful things are happening to me and I think they have treated me in a way that you should not treat anyone. I have wanted to explain this to them but they place themselves out of reach so if you tell them something they pass it straight onto your GP and I am sure they are aware that the GP is not helping either because they did tell me that I was being passed around. After trying to get help I am really sad, I feel down, my anxiety is worse. I am physically unwell now and I think in a very bad way but I will not go and see the Dr because my experiences are so negative. What TalkPlus need to do is try and put themselves in the position of people coming to them for help, not be so selfish about it. I wonder how capable they really are. So to summarise I do not like the way they treat people, the way they are not interested in difficulties, the way they just want to pass the issue onto anyone and the way that they think it is acceptable to leave people voice mail rather than tell them why they will not help, explain what they feel people should do. People are not things and its. Peices of paper to get through before home time. I hope someone at the NHS actually looks at these reviews. I am so unhappy right now and it gets worse all the time.
