I’ve been to Lift (Swindon talking therapies) twice now and both times I’ve experienced the most amazing treatment. My therapist was so kind and helped me through a very, very tough time and I honestly believe she has impacted my life greatly, and I’m so appreciative of her. The reception staff are amazing and always so kind and helpful. I would recommend them a thousand times over. Thank you all so much for your help, I will forever remember you all.

I’ve been struggling with my mh for years and had gotten worse. Been trying to get help from lift and when I did a questionnaire, I scored really high in anxiety and depression yet they said they can’t help me further and have discharged me. I feel so let down by lift and has left me not feeling better and even more depressed. I do not recommend
