I was fortunate enough to get a same day appointment. I was very concerned and anxious about how I was feeling - zI did not feel well and was in pain. The doctor was very patient and understanding taking my concerns seriously. I was referred for an urgent X- ray and given medication to help my condition whilst waiting on the results.

Gp contacted me via phone to discuss a report re my recent X-Ray of knees. The doctor phoned within the allocated time slot, which is always a good thing! The Gp provided very clear, precise and 'understsndable' information based on the consultant/technician's XRay report. The doctor's communication was friendly and unhurried and fully engaged with my questions. I felt very happy with today's phone consultation

I was attended to promptly. The reception staff were alert and ready to help me navigate my circumstances seamlessly. They were friendly, cheerful, courteous, respectful and carried me along in making decisions about my health. Moreover, the doctor, a lovely Greek woman, was very nice and made me relax while she conducted her tests. I have been with my GP for over 20 years and don't want to go anywhere else. I will comfortably recommend the clinic to my family and friends.

Very good advice very polite excellent service I get very quick advice I give 5 star .I get very quick referal for hospital and she give my beter advice for my sick the best doctor in village surgery I well recomand for every one .

The doctor who saw me was very helpful. He was able to address my concerns and alerting me to the fact that my previous test taken earlier were good with no cause for concern. He explained that I should start using vitamin supplements to keep my iron at a good level. The doctor said that I could contact the surgery again if i had any other issues in the future.

I would highly recommend this surgery. Having recently become a carer for my elderly aunty, the practice has been extremely helpful and accommodating in helping me to fulfil my aunts wishes. Nothing appears to be too much for them to assist with. All staff, that I have encountered, from reception through to all of the clinicians, I have found that they always appear to tend to go over and beyond the call of duty to please the client? Very well done guys, please keep up the excellent work that you guys do.

This outperforms all over GPs I’ve had and medical services I have received. Both in appointment time, referrals, communication and customer service. I’ve used services extensively since I’ve been here due to Being new disabled and can only say they’ve been very helpful. On this occasion I came for an injection. The doctor who I saw took the time to listen to my concerns, and was reassuring which made me feel better about my fears and concerns I had about any reoccurring of my previous cancer. He looked backed at my history which gave me more reassurance, and spoke my recent visit and examinations at Barts Hospital, which was reassuring. He was very professional and understanding about my concerns.

Reception members should be changed. They talk each other but not care patients are waiting. Even they do rude behaviours and laughing behind the patient. It was at11:20am-- 22/04/2025. Doctor visits 4/5 minutes, I requested 2 items, she says I'm sending in your in pharmacy but I go there only 1 item. As we know how difficult to reach them..
