From the first call to the receptionist to the clinician that we saw! so understanding, compassionate and I honestly am so greatful for the service that you provided! Thank you!

Called this morning as my husband is very sick ...bang on 8am 33 minute wait ....after 20 minutes went up to 65 minute wait...staff are always rude and unwilling to help .repeat prescription are always missing vital items ... It's a joke ...called 111 got sorted immediately but shouldn't have to do this...stop hiding .we all lapped for you during covid. I'd like some payback or close the place down ...itsa disgrace

Horrendous. Never issue my medication on time. Called me for a diabetic review appointment today via phone. I have diabetic neuropathy and the tests cant be conducted via phone. Was told to come in for appointment but I had to hang up from nurse ring surgery to book. Rang surgery no appointment available until the second coming of Jesus. Nurse called me back to say she could look at booking was rude, standoffish and unhelpful. I also need B12 injections and asked if these could be given same time. No answer. Talked over me repeatedly I asked for a manager ignored request and full of frustration I talked over her as conversation was pointless and I terminated call in frustration. This surgery has gone down hill. I've logged in to try book an appointment as I'm registered for online booking to be told surgery has blocked this for all patients. No appointments for 4 weeks+ really no point in calling me today other than to annoy me. Couldn't answer why no appointments at 8am today for today or tomorrow. Can't book for tomorrow until tomorrow but there's no appointment????!!!

Appointment for dementia patient who was treated with the utmost respect. Knowledgeable and sympathetic doctor who answered our questions and was very clear about the strategies.
